Linda Ikeji, a well-known blogger, has chosen Davido over Wizkid as her preferred artist.
In a recent Pulse interview, she was asked to pick between the two musicians and, after some hesitation, she declared Davido as the better artist “by far.”
This choice doesn’t come as a shock, given the longstanding feud between Linda Ikeji and Wizkid.
The tension between the two began in 2016, when Linda Ikeji published a story about Wizkid’s alleged eviction notice. Wizkid responded with an outburst on social media, even threatening to send his 16-year-old cousin to confront Linda Ikeji. The online feud continued for months, with the police eventually getting involved.
Despite attempts to reconcile, the relationship between Linda Ikeji and Wizkid remains affected. Her preference for Davido in the interview shows the ongoing tension between her and Wizkid.
