With training programs in 14 countries, MTF provides the skills, tools, and resources needed to thrive. Through hands-on learning, education, and partnerships, MTF is shaping the future of entertainment in Africa.
Since its launch, MTF has trained over 360 filmmakers, produced over 370 films, and awarded over 390 bursaries.
The program has also helped create a skilled workforce in the film sector. With academies in Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, and South Africa, MTF offers a tailored curriculum for each country.
MTF provides internships, masterclasses, and a digital networking platform to build a pipeline of skilled professionals and entrepreneurs. The program has partnered with global industry leaders to provide students with internships, training, and job opportunities.
The impact of MTF is evident in the success of its alumni, who have produced films recognized at prestigious festivals worldwide. Alumni are also making significant contributions to the industry through innovative projects, such as the founding of Filmmakers Mart and Recce Solutions.
