Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke has forwarded the name of Barrister Hassim Abioye as the Chairman, Osun Independent Electoral Commission, OSIEC, to the State’s House of Assembly for confirmation.
The Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Adewale Egbedun made the announcement during their plenary session on Thursday.
He said that the Governor had sent the House a list of the Chairman and other board members of the state electoral commission.
Hassim is currently to the Special Adviser to the Governor on Legal Matters.
