Foremost Nigeria Film Director, Tunde Olaoye recently announced the cooking and coming of Awujale (The Bipoic), another creative master piece being put togther to further celebrate the Yoruba culture via the history of the Awujale monarch in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
This is indeed a welcome development as a lot effort are coming together to put the Yoruba culture in particular and Nollywood in general on a global map.
You will agree with me that we barely recover from the blockbuster flicks like King of Thieves (Agesinkole), Anikulapo before Jagun Jagun (The Warrior) stunned us with further excitement and esctasty, hence, we are very happy for the announcement of Awujale (The Biopic), produced by Seun Oloketuyi and directed by Tunde Olaoye.
Some of the casts that brought this creative expression to life are veteran Tunji Bamishigbin, Mama Sola Sobowale, Adebowale Adedayo a.k.a Mr.Macaroni, Aisha Lawal etc
From us at the stable of Splash9ja.org, we say a big congratulation ahead while we eagerly await this Biopic.
