Cubana Says Man Who Received $30,000 From Burna, is Not His Brother

Cubana Chief Priest has spoken up about a viral video showing Burna Boy gifting $30,000 to a man claimed to be his brother.

Cubana denied any familial ties to the man, stating that he only has one biological brother and two sisters, all of whom are doing well.

The controversy started when a phone repairer went viral claiming to be Cubana Chief Priest’s brother and struggling financially. Burna Boy, who had a public fight with Cubana Chief Priest, pledged to give the man $30,000. Content creator Lucky Uduh later revealed that Burna Boy had fulfilled his promise.

Reacting to the news, Cubana Chief Priest took to his Instagram story to clarify that the man is not his brother. He wrote, “Alleged brother! Skit makers f**kin oppressors. Dem don kneel am down, you go still bend am down because the pain must reach everybody, but my own be say No alert oh no cash oh I wan just dey sure say my village boy collect for real. Na still my glorious glory. Make una show workings; na musician you fit even give am verse. I have only one biological big brother & two kid sisters. They ain’t doing so bad. Regardless, I owe them nothing, na my money, make everybody find their own.”
