Celebrity car dealer IVD has been arrested. According to reports, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, was arrested at Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos on his way to Qatar for his wedding to Blessing CEO.
Stella Dimoko-Korkus shared on Instagram that IVD’s arrest is linked to the ongoing case regarding his late wife Bimbo Ogbonna’s death.
She said, “Domestic Violence case against him regarding his late wife is still in court. IVD is not supposed to leave Nigeria until the case is over.”
Bimbo Ogbonna died in October 2022 due to injuries from a fire incident at their home, which was linked to domestic violence. IVD faces charges of involuntary manslaughter in suit No LD/21055C/23.
