Mr. Eazi recently clarified that his music earnings alone wouldn’t have covered the costs of his wedding to Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola.
This revelation came after an X user suggested he released his new single “Cassanova” to offset wedding expenses.
Mr. Eazi responded with a laugh, saying, “U think sey music go fit pay for that wedding my G? lol”.
Another user pointed out that his 2018 earnings could have likely financed the wedding, given his successful run of hits around that time.
However, Mr. Eazi explained that despite the success, 2017-2018 was actually his most financially challenging period in the last decade. He said, “You got a point tho, but 2017-18 is the brokest I’ve been in the last 9 years! But all the music I put out then enter like mad sha im really thankful.”
