Annie Macaulay Idibia, the well‑known Nigerian actress and model, has responded to the conversations over her like on Senator Ned Nwoko’s fifth wife, Laila Charani’s post.
In a long Instagram post on Thursday, Laila accused Regina Daniels of introducing her to drugs, and being a negative influence. She wrote, “This is why I will not trust my daughters around you unsupervised, especially when I found out that you were sleeping with every single girl around you.”
Annie, a close friend of Regina, liked Laila’s post. The incident led to mixed reactions on social media, with many fans statin their disappointment. Reacting to the backlash, Annie posted an Instagram story in which she called her liking of the post a “mistake” and stated her loyalty to Regina. She said, “In the process of reading the rubbish that was alleged about my baby, Regina, I liked the post mistakenly. Over here, we don’t play with loyalty, and my baby knows I have her back, front, and side. Make una rest abeg.”
