Biola Bayo has set the record straight about her recent divorce.
She denied rumors of domestic abuse in her previous marriage. She shared that she and her ex-husband, Seyi, parted ways amicably in April 2024, prioritizing their son’s well-being and co-parenting with maturity. Biola Bayo expressed regret and apologized to her fans. She acknowledged the emotional issue she’s faced, saying, “I go about making people happy, yet my pillow has been soaked with tears almost every night for the past 14 months.”
She further clarified that there was no physical abuse in their relationship, saying, “My ex-husband, Seyi, has never laid a finger on me and I never did as well. We never ever had any physical abuse or violent issue from either of us.”
Biola Bayo concluded by saying, “Let us learn to be kind to people. You have no idea what others are going through until they say it.”
