Nigerian actress Biola Bayo had recently announced her separation from her husband Oluseyi. Nigerian actress Laide Bakare was accused of criticizing her colleague Biola Bayo’s failed marriage after sharing a dance video with a caption which states, “All of us will eat breakfast. Asiko lo ma ya to. Good morning people.”
This post coincided with Biola Bayo’s divorce announcement and led to negative reactions from fans. However, Bakare responded to the backlash, denying any malicious intent and claiming it was just a coincidence.
In a new video, she expressed support for Bayo, saying, “Bad commenters and trolls associations, something must be wrong with you. Please let us all be guided. It is still June 5th here in California to be precise. I can never shade my own sister Biola Bayo. My prayers are with you. I didn’t get any updates. I was busy with my daughter’s graduation. Trolls are evil.”
