Nigerian singer, Speed Darlington has been released from prison and has finally spoken up.
The singer attributed Burna Boy’s grammy award win to his relationship with American rapper, Diddy and was arrested allegedly for cyber-stalking.
Speed Darlington was released on bail in October and made it known that he would not stop until Burna Boy compensates him.
He was arrested again during a performance in Imo State on the 27th of November, 2024 and was kept in Kuje prison for a long time.
Darlington’s lawyer in his anger and frustration, made of post accusing Burna Boy of bribing the police to not release Darlington even after being granted bail on the 23rd of December by the Federal High Court.
Darlinton was released on the 21st of January and Burna boy made a post which has now been deleted, that Darlington would return to jail if he ever misbehaves again.
In his first post after his release, Darlington shared a video of two rams in a battle with their two horns crashing against each other. In the caption he said, “I’m back. To those fighting, one step back, it is not running away, he went to gather energy and launch back with a banger!”
