inDrive has partnered with Tolu Aniwura Welfare Foundation (GenerousMe) to provide vital support to over 2,000 individuals and families affected by recent Lagos demolitions.

The company has allocated over ₦75 million for relief efforts. The initiative provided essential items like food, clothing, bedding, baby products, and school supplies at St. Paul Catholic Church, Ebute-Metta.

The outreach targets those affected by displacement and previous beneficiaries of inDrive’s social impact programs, showing the company’s ongoing commitment to vulnerable communities.

Relief packages included staples like rice, beans, and cooking oil, as well as clothes, blankets, and sleeping mats. Children received school packs with bags, books, and writing materials.

Timothy Oladimeji, inDrive Nigeria’s Country Representative said, “At inDrive, we believe our responsibility goes beyond mobility services; it extends to standing with communities during moments of need. The recent demolitions left many families vulnerable, and through our partnership with GenerousMe, we responded quickly and responsibly. This reflects our commitment to fairness, empathy, and people-centric approach.”

Adetola Alade, GenerousMe’s Partnerships Lead, said, “Partnering with inDrive enabled timely aid delivery. We prioritize speed and collaboration in humanitarian responses, and working with inDrive was a great experience.”
