Nigerian actress Wumi Toriola has publicly expressed her disappointment with celebrity food blogger Chef T, creator of “Diary of a Kitchen Lover”, for disregarding her request for collaboration.
Toriola shared a screenshot of their conversation from August 2024 on her Instagram page, revealing Chef T’s apparent lack of interest in working together
Reacting to Chef T’s silence, Toriola wrote, “Diaryofakitchenlover feels like she does not need anyone again, na only she grow her grow. Shey na December me sef come out?”
This call out comes after actress Funke Akindele unfollowed Chef T on social media, reportedly due to Chef T’s failure to promote her movie.
Popular food critic, Opeyemi Famakin reacted to Toriola’s call out saying, “no Chef T slander will be tolerated, we don’t do that shii here.” Wumi Toriola didn’t take this well. She replied via her insta story saying, “It’s rather amusing, though, coming from someone without a defined career or any tangible job description.”
Fans of Opeyemi and Wumi Toriola are not taking the situation lightly.
