Lasmock Y2K, the 2000 set of Lagos State Model College Kankon, celebrated 25 years since graduation.
Over 300 alumni reunited at Marriott Hotel Ikeja on December 20, 2025, for the Silver Jubilee Reunion.
The outgoing team, led by Gellal Ali, handed over to the new execs, with Funmilade Alalade taking the helm as President. Ali urged the new team to keep the bond strong, while Treasurer, Tunde Alade praised the unbreakable friendships created in secondary school.
Big names showed up, including Hon. Olusegun Ege, Prince Oyekanmi Elegushi, and Godson Osarenren. Social director, Rukayat Bashorun proudly declared Lasmock Y2K the best secondary school alumni in Nigeria.
