Publicis West Africa’s talent development initiative, PWA Academy, has joined forces with Lancaster University’s Business School in Ghana to commemorate Business Week.

This partnership shows PWA Academy’s commitment to nurturing innovation and empowering the next generation of business leaders, while driving thought leadership in brand communication across Africa.

Muyiwa Aleshinloye, Head of Media at Publicis West Africa, delivered a presentation titled “Business Elevation through Innovation: Empowering the Next Generation of Business Entrepreneurs.” Using his extensive expertise in media and advertising, Muyiwa shared valuable insights on the role of innovation in driving business growth and the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial talent.

Muyiwa’s lecture gave strategies for business elevation, emphasizing the need for creativity, adaptability, and forward-thinking. His presentation inspired students to adopt innovative thinking and tackle modern business challenges head-on.
