Spice 360 Appoints New Managing Director and Creative Director

Spice 360, a prominent marketing communications agency in Nigeria, has appointed Biodun Adefila as its new Managing Director and Rotimi Ade-Onojobi as Creative Director.

These appointments aim to drive the agency’s strategic growth and creative excellence.

Adefila brings over 20 years of experience in brand management, strategic planning, and operational leadership to her new role. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at SO&U Limited, managing campaigns for major brands like Guinness Nigeria, GTBank, and Unilever. Her credentials include an MBA from the University of Liverpool and an Advanced Management Programme certification from Lagos Business School.

Ade-Onojobi joins Spice 360 with over a decade of experience in creative leadership. He has led impactful campaigns for brands such as Heineken, Nestlé, and Airtel. In his previous role as Head of Brand and Design at BOGO Beverages, he successfully launched popular brands like Bottega Italian Sparkling Wine.

Under the new leadership, Spice 360 aims to continue its growth trajectory and deliver innovative marketing solutions to its clients, including notable firms like the Tolaram Group. The agency was recognized as the 4th most creative agency in Nigeria at the Lagos Advertising and Ideas Festival (LAIF) last year.
