Obinna Iyiegbu popular known as Obi Cubana, a Nigerian businessman, reveals why he threw an extravagant funeral celebration for his mother.
According to him, there is a generational jinx in his family that has resulted in the family members dying before the age of 80. His father died at 66, his grandfather at 78, his grandmother at 75 and then, his mother at 79.
He said that his mother tried to break the jinx and they planned to throw her a big party when she does. They even started saving up. Unfortunately, she died on December 31st.
Since she was the closest to 80, they decided to bring everything together and celebrate her.
