Kizz Daniel has released a new EP called “Lemon Chase,” a 7-track project that explores life’s complexities through themes of love, heartbreak, healing, and joy.
This EP is a personal reflection of Kizz Daniel’s growth and it features a diverse range of collaborators, including Bella Shmurda, Odumodu Blvck, Zlatan, and Fola.
The EP has an impressive production team, with contributions from Reward Beatz, Blaise Beatz, Magic Sticks, and Ayzed. Notable tracks include “Black Girl Magic” and “Police,” which features Johnny Drille and Angélique Kidjo, a five-time Grammy winner.
Kizz Daniel describes the project as a reflection of real life, saying, “When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade out of it. I wanted this project to feel like real life—sweet, sour, confusing, beautiful. This is music for your heart, for when you’re healing, or hoping, or remembering. I just wanted it to be honest, authentic, and true to self.”
