The Electronic Media Content Owners Association of Nigeria (EMCOAN), a foremost Professional body of Chief Executive Officers and Owners of Independent Media Production outfits in Nigeria has scheduled her Members Induction and Re-Certification event for Wednesday March 25th, 2026 at the LCCI Exhibition & Conference centre, Alausa, Ikeja Lagos.
The focal point of the ceremony is to induct new members into the fold and also welcome back the Returnees into the Association. The EMCOAN Monthly Business meeting will immediately take place after the event where salient issues as regards the Industry and members welfare will be on discourse.
Some of the highlights of the day will include a presentation by the Special Guest of Honour – Mr. Charles Ebuebu, the Director General of National Broadcasting Commission ( NBC), who will be discussing the current efforts of the NBC on the Digital Switch Overs (DSO) activation for the Industry.

Also, Dr. Olalekan Fadolapo, the Director General of Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) will also be giving his keynote address on pertinent issues as concerning the Media Advertising Industry especially as relating to the Content Industry and official presentation & acceptance of the EMCOAN’s Standard of Practices (SOP) document.
